Your food choices will be collaborated into your nutrition plan and will be designed based on your daily lifestyle. Each plan is individualized and includes real foods you love to eat. Nova also specializes in formulating sports nutrition plans for running, cycling and multi day events.

YOUR NUTRITIONIST

Catherine SissonsCatherine has worked as a consultant in Nutrition and Exercise since 2006. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine. Catherine's qualifications have lead her to work with people from many cultures and conditions from Ironman competitors to weight loss clients.

"My experience as a nutrition and exercise specialist within the North and South Island has taught me that one size does not fit all and people want to include the foods they love, be satisfied and still achieve their outcomes. Now you can include a little bit of everything."

Meeting peoples expectations and seeing them achieve their results is one of the main priorities at Nova, that is why each plan is designed after learning about a client's habits and food preferences.

Learn how to maximise your energy, achieve your desired body size and improve your health while still eating the foods you love. 80-90% of Nova Nutrition of clients are already eating healthy foods before they start with Nova, but still aren't achieving their desired weight and fitness goals.

Nova is now available online, is personalised nutrition in your own home, at a time that suits your lifestyle. Joining Nova Online is easy with an initial deposit of $49 you will have access to your own personal nutritionist to provide you with any eating solution for six months of the year.

Membership with Nova Online also includes the following:

• Four base nutrition modules by telephone - each module is tailored to you and provides
the answers to why your foods may have been hindering your goals.

• Your own individualised scenario based nutrition template designed and emailed or
posted by the end of the first month (e.g. eating for holidays, shift work, weekend
eating, dining out for dinner or lunch all based on your current eating regime).

• Eight phone consultation follow ups used within your six month membership.

• Email access to nutrition answers to help you achieve your
food and fitness goals.

• Physical activity planning and support.
