Nova provides innovative food and exercise solutions for a range of lifestyles. Over four weeks your health and nutrition will be assessed on selective areas of your nutrition. In the end you will receive you own individualised nutrition plan that will be tailored to you and your desired outcomes.
At Nova, you will learn about your daily calorie budget and we work together to devise a plan that you find easy as pie . Each plan is catered to age, food preferences, working hours and lifestyle. Why not include a little bit of everything!

Each week will provide you with practical advice and food solutions without total restriction. The first four weeks are imperative to ensure an optimally designed nutrition plan to suit your lifestyle.
Each exercise tutorial will include achievable exercise goals using activities you enjoy and tailored to your ability.
Catherine has worked as a consultant in Nutrition and Exercise since 2006. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine. Catherine's qualifications have lead her to work with people from many cultures and conditions from Ironman competitors to weight loss clients.
