Nova teaches four food modules within four weeks so you can include any food in your diet and have the freedom to adjust your own plan. Your food choices will be collaborated into your nutrition plan and will be designed based on your daily lifestyle. Each plan is individualized and includes real foods you love to eat. Nova also specializes in formulating sports nutrition plans for running, cycling and multi day events.

YOUR NUTRITIONIST

Catherine has worked as a consultant in Nutrition and Exercise since 2006. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine. Catherine's qualifications have lead her to work with people from many cultures and conditions from Ironman competitors to weight loss clients.
"My experience as a nutrition and exercise specialist within the North and South Island has taught me that one size does not fit all and people want to include the foods they love, be satisfied and still achieve their outcomes. Now you can include a little bit of everything."
Meeting peoples expectations and seeing them achieve their results is one of the main priorities at Nova, that is why each plan is designed after learning about a client's habits and food preferences.
